Recipes

Every so often, I will add a new recipe that I have been using or have inherited from my family. Eventually, I would like to have a complete collection of recipes so I can put together a simple book for easy use. Stick around to check out some of my home cooking!

Mac & Cheese

Boil enough pasta for one or two people in salt water. Strain the pasta (save about ⅓ cup pasta water), mix it with a little butter, and set it aside. Next, roughly chop up one small yellow onion and one zucchini. Stir-fry them in two tablespoons of salted butter until browned. Season with black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. Then, add about ¼ cup of milk, a dash of chicken stock, a little pasta water, and garlic to taste. Once mixed, add your choice of cheese. Let it thicken over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes, stirring. Finally, add your noodles and mix.

Enjoy your mac and cheese!
